My name is François, born in 1989.

After studying accounting, which didn't interest me, I felt the need to move and feel useful. I then joined the army, where I served for six years, developing discipline and resilience. At the end of my commitment, I naturally turned to sports coaching, a vocation that allows me to help others progress and surpass themselves.

Passionate about sports, I practiced basketball, crossfit and I love hiking. Outside of sports, I am also a big fan of pop culture: video games, manga and music punctuate my daily life. I like to share my passions and help everyone achieve their goals, well-being, performance and fitness are the key to your success.
