Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and refund
Coaching sessions are non-refundable if cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the scheduled session. After this period, no refund will be granted.

2. Modification of sessions
A session can be modified up to 12 hours before its deadline, subject to availability.

3. Waiver of the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer expressly waives his right of withdrawal of 14 days following his purchase, given that the coaching sessions constitute an immaterial service provided before the end of the withdrawal period.
